ELEMENTARY SCHOOL REPLACEMENT OF WALK-IN COOLER/FREEZER

NORTHWESTERN CUSD No. 2

PALMYRA, MACOUPIN COUNTY, ILLINOIS

The Northwestern C.U.S.D. #2 will receive Bids until 10:00 AM local prevailing time on Thursday the 12^th day of May, 2016, at Northwestern CUSD No. 2 located at 30953 Route 111, Palmyra, IL 62674 for the following work:

Project Description: Replacement of existing walk-in cooler and freezer units located in the kitchen of the elementary school. Work includes removal of existing units and installation of new cold storage rooms as specified in Section 13 21 26 which accompanies this proposal request.

Proposal/Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Superintendent’s Office after April 25, 2016.

The Owner requires the project to be substantially complete by August 1, 2016.

Bidders will be required to provide Bid security of a sum no less than 10 percent of the Bid Sum. The bid security shall be either certified check, cashier’s check, bank money order or bid bond issued by surety licensed to conduct business in the State of Illinois. Hereinafter this bid security shall be referred to as the bid bond.

The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids or any part thereof, to waive any informality in bidding, and to accept bids deemed most favorable to the Owner.
